In reply to: Unable to upload to Media LibraryIt gives me the “edit” link, which takes me to all of that information, which is fine for singular uploads… but for multiple uploads, that’s going to be a major pain. Do you know if it’s possible to get those options back? To have them appear on the Add New Media page?

In reply to: Giving website to customeryou can give them admin rights too so they have the reins. but i like keeping myself on there just in case… they inevitably mess something up and email you to get on and help them fix it.
at any rate, have they already purchased the domain they’re going to use? And do you know who is hosting that domain? I’ve had a lot of luck with hostgator.com, if that helps.

In reply to: Giving website to customeri always add them as users, but don’t give them admin rights… I retain my own user account with admin rights so i can always step in if i need to.
