You seem to have everything in place. Now comes the fun part… the content! Post regularly and post information that will be interesting and useful for your viewers. Give them a reason to come back.
The only design suggestion I have (and it is very minor) would be your hover link color. The blue certainly stands out as is your intention. But you don’t use blue anywhere else on the site. Maybe a darker yellow? Or a lighter shade of black for the link and hover goes to black.

I’ll give you the good news first. It’s a clean, well-organized site. There’s a nice balance and the information is easy to navigate.
Now the bad news. I have no idea what it is you’re trying to do with it. Is it an informational site about customer service (that you’re making money on from ad placements)? Or are you selling your own service or goods?
I think it would benefit you if you had some type of tagline/callout or large text near the logo that quickly explains what you’re all about.

From looking at the pinpress theme it appears the light grey being used is #b7b7b7. So you’d need to find that and replace with #000000 (black) or a darker shade of grey.

Try manually resetting your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

It’s difficult to critique something so personal to you. I will say that the design/theme looks great. Very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I love the touch that each individual has their name on their respective page side bar. Smart… and easy to find!
I know it’s still early and the site is a work in progress. Maybe one bit of design feedback… it sounds like you have a great deal of photographs at your disposal. Perhaps create visually interesting photo montages that occupy the large image space on the pages, rather than just the title.
