so all plugins deactivated, i was already on the 2011 theme, switched to Suffusion. and still… Dashboard looks like this:
the thing is, i just started to admin this blog, and i dont know the half of what plugins were being used for what… so i guess im going to do it Navy style, and shotgun troubleshoot.! lulz

In reply to: 3.3 install FAILthank you Jan! all is running now… BUT.. the interface is jacked up! the buttons to add widgets that i could slide around into place are in like a basic html… drop down menus and such… instead of the user interface im used to..

then i went to APPEARANCE and get this
