I moved yesterday to version 3.8.0 of Gutenberg and the problem seems to have disappeared.

It seems to happen specifically to second-level pages (those whose name starts with a dash)

I have a similar issue. I can no longer edit some of my previous pages with G. The page displayed is totally blank. However I can still edit it with Classic.
