Even if I turn off the auto-popup functionality and manually open the chat window, there still isn’t a “close” option unless I leave the page the chat window is on. This isn’t an ideal design or user experience for my users because the chat window takes up a large amount of on-screen real estate space.
What are the alternate close button options?
Yes, we have enabled the auto-popup functionality. Are you saying that if we have the auto-popup functionality, there is no way for the user to manually close the window?
