I tried again to edit .htaccess:
(1) went to public_html/wp-content/uploads/ithemes-security
(2) copied and rename another ,htaccess-old
(3) Edit .htaccess; Select character encoding = utf-8
(4) message is “Deny from all”

When I opened .htaccess in my cPanel/File Manager, I only see a “#”. What should i see and do?
