But I am running buddypress and there a less options out there to handle events together with buddypress. I would go with the events calendar but if its not more maintained it might be a security risk also cause an event plugin has a lot of functions like image/gallery uploads etc.

Its the first hit when searching on Google.I switched to the modern events calendar plugin. This plugin also has its bugs but at least its still maintained.
The only problem with this plugin is, that it is banned from the WordPress rep cause allegedly a guy from their support team asked a user about login credentials in this public forum.@csamnana It seems that this plugin isnt maintained anymore. If you look at the tickets, most have not any answer and the download stats tell a further story.

Your plugin have the setting “Enable notifications by email”. But buddypress has the same setting. Is there any difference and if no, can I also switch this setting off in your plugin?Forum: Plugins

There are more messages that I posted. What I posted its just a snippet of all.
Again, I had the same with Elementor and other plugins. But nearly all authors fixed it meanwhile except yoast and yours.
Any news on this cause I still have these deprecated messages on my log which makes the log file hard to read?

and so on….I am not sure which setting you mean. Can you clarify where to disable new conversation screen?
The case is that the setting to disable search is not working.
If this cant be fixed is there a filter or can you add one to disable the button:
I know I can make it invisible by css but experienced people still know how to make it work when made by css.
