With this theme it isn’t controlled via the appearance>menus tab.
I did fix it though.
In woocommerce my “cart” page was not selected so the theme must reference woocommerce and since it was blank it didn’t put a link in.

Good to hear that worked for you. Do you have a link to that plugin? I have tried a bunch of different plugins without any luck and woothemes hasn’t responded to my support ticket.

Did you find an answer to this? I have Kallyas theme and my header cart button isn’t working either. The link isn’t mapped to a page at all.
