Are you perhaps planning to implement end to end encryption?
No, the user wasn’t logged in, and I tried a few others too.
Thank you for the suggestions, but I’m using a test user, the account receives other BuddyPress notifications, and the conversation isn’t muted (I disabled muting altogether).
All other BuddyPress notifications are being sent and delivered. I checked the spam folder. These are the settings: https://ibb.co/LgzSWvH.
