I figured out another way to restrict user with a membership plugin in case anyone else has an issue with unregistered users voting.
I hope you will address the issue with being able to vote only n number of times in the future.

I’m sorry. I was given mistaken information about the iphone 6 plus, but still have questions about non-registered users being able to vote.
