No, the site title and tagline say what they’re supposed to on the settings page. I didn’t edit the theme and I doubt anyone else has. I wouldn’t know enough to fix the theme if they had altered it.

The header I want to change says Dr Leah Bendell: in the News. It appears on every page except the front page.
