In reply to: file transfer from wordpress.com to self hosted not workingIt sounds to me like some kind of limit (timeout/memory limit/file upload limit) is getting hit. Have you submitted a ticket? WordPress core is fully supported by us now, so we should be able to help you out. Our full support of WordPress is fairly new (it used to fall under our Best Effort support), so if you’re encountering any push back just let me know and I’ll make sure it gets worked out.

Two questions:
1) Did you upgrade to 3.0.1 on those servers? Or were the sites migrated to that server already upgraded to version 3.0.1?2) Have you put in a ticket to Liquid Web to get us to help identify the problem? If not, go ahead and we’ll see what we can do. If so, feel free to post or email me the ticket number, and I’ll take a look.
I know this is quite old, but did you get it resolved? If not, there are a couple of things we can look at. You can either submit a ticket, or give us a call, and we’ll get it worked out for you.
