ok, for the secound time i got a return email with id (12579).
I have wrote message by the contact page (https://supsystic.com/contact-us/), but I did not get ticket ID. I`ll do it one more time.
Done. There is no ticket id, only “Thank you for contacting us!”. A can send copy via email. But I cant find your email adress.
