I’ve tried the & before encoding and without it.
Yes i tried the developer version and that actually caused more problems. I redid it, I probably checked a box or something because it worked with the released plugin.
I think the plugin Bad Behavior might have been the culprit.

I get this after upgrading:
“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”Have disabled the cache even tho thats not the problem. Still no dice. Any ideas? Want to upgrade other sites, but don’t want same outcome.
