then that is not the plugin from today.
How else could such an error/status occur. This seemed to happen after the Server downtime.
Could it be a permissions issue on the server?

I just had a suspicious Chrome notification that there was malware on the 1st site. (Eli’s AntiMalware)
Could you look at the 2nd site. That has a different setup.

http://moretolife.org.uk (I have made an emergency workaround, so there are no dropdowns.)
One other site is: http://moretolife.org.za (There are non-functioning dropdowns there, and in the backend, the visual editor on that site doesn’t work. The carousels have been reduced to one static image).
BTW: we tried deactivating all plugins, and still had all the same issues. So this seems to be a core issue.

Sounds like the widget issue is the bug. I eventually discovered the use of the Customiser to reorder the widget. Thanks for that.
Upgrading: though I have used a Child theme, I fear I may have edited core files. (Quick fix). I have tracked CSS that I have added. Maybe I should just try a separate install, and duplicate the child theme to test…

I am considering upgrading to premium. Would there be a way in the premium version to add a left & right arrow to the numbers on Paginated pages/posts? My client would love a left & wright arrow next to the boxes…

that option was already active. However it only allowed page numbers in boxes, and no arrows as an alternative to the numbered page boxes.
I tried deactivating this, then the next article/previous article navigation disappeared.
Is there another way to achieve the left & right arrows on either side of the page number boxes, when a long post is split up using the “nextpage” shortcode?
