I came here with the same question. But I set this up a while ago, and I can’t recall if I got the token from Facebook or just from the plugin.
Is there a way to tell?

If anyone else runs into this and doesn’t get the question answered, the issue was permissions on the theme folder. Somewhere in the process, the folder was changed to 700. Changing to 755 fixed it.
