Hm. I checked with my domain host that permissions for /wp-content/uploads folder permissions are set to “755”, “775” or “777”.
I’m confused about why it would be filtered by the email client as you say, when it’s not consistent per email provider (some yahoo users are viewing images fine, and others are not, same with gmail)? Also, the social tags aren’t loading which aren’t located on my host at all to my understanding- these were within MP along with background image– they’re not my images.
In another newsletter provider my images sent loaded just fine in various email clients.
I don’t have another website domain that I own and the reason I went with MP is because the images are right there in my wordpress. So this is discouraging.
I’m going to mark this as resolved and open a new thread because I have more, conflicting data.
