Hello, are there any updates?
Is anyone else having the same problem?@webchina No solution as of yet.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a workaround? I would like users to join via browser (not the Zoom app).
Oct 11th update – I’ve upgraded to Pro in hopes of resolving this issue – no luck.
I have posted in the Pro forum for support.

One more thing to add — if I Join the meeting via Browser directly in the browser (so outside of the embedded frame), the video DOES work.
This leads me to believe that there is an issue with the plugin/embed feature, and not with the Join via Browser feature with Zoom.

Hello! I am also noticing that the option to switch to gallery view etc is missing — by default the user’s screen is popped out. The only option is to minimize the user’s video or to go full screen. https://pasteboard.co/dmfx5I5cMdeK.pngI have tested in Chrome, Safari and Edge. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, I have re-connected the API connection. Do you have any other troubleshooting sugggestions?
