After a lengthy chat, video recording shared with Facebook FBE chat, I was told that because my shop is located within the US that “On Site Checkout” is mandatory and that “This means that means WooCommerce plugin for Facebook cannot be connected to it for shops.”
I was told to delete the application and “In this case, you need to go forward with some alternative options. What you can do is consider using another Plugin to generate a Product Feed then connect it to the Meta Catalog.”
This cannot be true? All US shops are running a manual product feed to FB catalog?
Off to look for another solution to populate our items on a facebook shop.
Any update here? I’m also seeing this error, but I’m seeing it during the password reset process and I believe it’s mostly related to users trying to reset their password but the email does not exist in the system?
Thanks for the reply… This would greatly expand the usability of this plugin for future development plans.
I’ve tried all types of combinations, but nothing seems to work.
Basically, I’d like any product that belongs to a category to only be visible to those who are logged in. Additionally, I have a product category page that should show all of these items if a user is logged in, OR be blank for a guest user. I’ve tried “and” as well as “or” functions and neither is working.
