You can buy a license for additional WP Migrate DB Media. It will give you functionality to migrate media files. Also you can use a fork for this plugin instead:

It’s free and works with media files too.
I’m think Duplicator is the same functionality plugin. But WP Sync DB allows to connect from a site to another one and copy database on fly. You doesn’t have to create an installer archive or another archive files. Media files will uploaded on fly too.
