OK — I’ve been working with hostgator on this, and the IP is clean. Also they checked for any malware, none found. They are still checking some other things to see if they can find any problem.
I’ve isolated the problem to certain users not receiving the email (gmail users, users with godaddy hosted emails), and others able to receive it fine (@mac.com, some others). I know some found their way to the spam box initially, but were sent…. others not received at all.
Is there any smtp plugin that works with subscribe-2? Perhaps I can get a higher success rate if I send through the hostgator servers directly?
Still at a loss for why this suddenly stopped working.
