Thanks for the update, my site now works with the latest version.
One thing I noticed and just tested that since the latest update Version 3.0.1 the plugin revolution slider does not display any images.
As this plugin was part of my theme it may be a issue with them and ill have to wait for an update from them but just thought ill let you all know.
Fixed it
Something must have happened on the first activation
removed the code in the functions.php file and activated fine
