I have exactly the same problem, possibly as a result of the automatic upgrade to 3.10.1.
People are putting stuff into the cart but when they go to check out, it states that the cart is empty.

I also ran the table clean-up and similarly got:
wrd_wpsc_cart_item_meta: Table ‘leonorad_wor2.wrd_wpsc_cart_item_meta’ doesn’t exist
wrd_wpsc_purchase_meta: Table ‘leonorad_wor2.wrd_wpsc_purchase_meta’ doesn’t exist
wrd_wpsc_visitors: Table ‘leonorad_wor2.wrd_wpsc_visitors’ doesn’t exist
wrd_wpsc_visitor_meta: Table ‘leonorad_wor2.wrd_wpsc_visitor_meta’ doesn’t exist
Please help urgently.
