Thank you very much for your clear and detailed answers @t-p and @capcutapks.

I no longer have access to my admin panel. To deactivate all plugins I need to use either phpMyAdmin or FTP (e.g. FileZilla). I encountered errors connecting to either of these. “Disconnected: No supported authentication methods available (server sent: publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic)” (FileZilla). I hope the server administrator will be able to follow your recommended steps or help in other ways.
