It worked like a charm, this thing almost eat my whole day, tried several codes with nothing in effect than pain in ass, you are life and time saver dude.
What I did is
Create my New menu Which I want and assign it as a primary menu
then create a new menu again and without pages inside just an empty menu and assign it as secondary menu,
SAVE them and BOOM like pushing a drunker man.
