In reply to: [Seamless Donations is Sunset] using entry fields in thank you templateWe want to include the name of the donor in the closing section of the thank-you template. In the salutation, it’s “Dear [firstname] [lastname]”. When I put [firstname] [lastname] in the closing section, the information doesn’t show up.

I’m sure I’m missing something but if I send myself test emails, they’re not attached to a specific donation so all the fields show. If I do a sandbox donation, then the emails aren’t sent to a real address.
