I know i’m late !! but i have also have a lot of problem with this plugin!!!Hi,
I finally find a way to do it with a ip redirect, WPML and currency setting.
But, i invite you to investigate because i think i will need it in a future project.
In a country like Canada a lot of website are multilingual and want to sell in the US so they will need Dynamic pricing, WPML, and your plugins too.

In the native language everything is good, but in the other language i have double gallery.
