I fixed it by disconnecting the Stripe connection and reconnecting it. It still concerns be that that happened. Has anyone encountered this before ? How can I avoid it ? I just happened to be browsing through the site and noticing that the donation page no longer allowed donations. Kind of a big problem there. Would like to avoid that happening randomly in the future.
I am having this same issue. In my case, we use Stripe for payment and have configured the Webhooks correctly for updating our site with status events. The order shows as completed but when I login as the user I was logged in as to make the donation, I get a message on the Donation History page saying “It looks like you haven’t made any donations”. I have made 3 donations on our site just to verify and still nothing on the history page.
