I hate to show how little I know, but: Where do I find my “hosting plan details”?

Also, I’m using images from Yahoo and Google. I usually resize them to make them smaller. I’m assuming that means they use less resources than when they were bigger. Am I right? I know it’s not much of a difference. Just curious.
