In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] More strangeness with diviI’m nearly 100% sure it worked before the update btw.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] More strangeness with diviI did manually turn off everything and the problem remained but after the reset I turned everything on tab by tab, turns out the issue was (and I probably forgot to turn off) instant click.
So it looks like there’s an issue with instant click that caused the strangeness seen in this thread. When I turn it off it goes away.
Hope I’m not speaking too soon but as I right now that’s how it looks.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] More strangeness with diviProgress I think…
Plugin active, reset and pages appear ok

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] More strangeness with diviForgive me if I’ve caused any confusion, I can’t leave the plugin enabled so I’m enabling it, doing some tests and disabling it again so to you it probably appears it’s simply not working.
I have to turn it off. I have already done your suggestion, I’ve also uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled.
I checked the FTP and there wasn’t an LSC folder so unless there is data residing elsewhere I have completely removed the plugin and reinstalled.
I’ve duplicated the site on a different server, report # IPCQDSND

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] More strangeness with diviWhat’s also strange is that the page loads the wrong background H1 image (usually for about 0.5 seconds, then displays correct one) this time the wrong image stuck:
Maybe the hosting company needs to flush their cache? Don’t know what to suggest, might just try going back to pre 3.5

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] More strangeness with diviThanks, I can confirm lazyload is not enabled but when inspecting the page I am seeing lazyload errors.
I’m always testing in a fresh browser with an empty cache.
Thanks again.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] More strangeness with diviBtw, I have followed this advice and the problems remain
We indeed see some issues that weβre working hard to resolve. The new version 3.5.0.2 should have fixed these issues, or if you can perform the two steps:
β Turn off all CSS/js/page optimization options
β Purge the cache for the siteThis is a problem with functionality, not inquiring about some fancy implementation.
This should work “out the box”
Apparently it costs another $50/year if you’ve got an issue that’s not your fault.
Doesn’t seem right to me.
Why is the dev version installed on the staging site? I need the plugins and version numbers to match.
Maybe that’s not even the issue, maybe it’s something else?
Paying $97 a year and can’t get support?
But thanks for the quick reply at least π
The support contract is not active and I need an answer to this issue. Seems strange to charge extra for support on a product a customer is already paying for.
