It will make it harder to download your videos. however, anything that is shown in visitor’s browser is downloadable. The question is how easy to download it. It is impossible to prevent user to use certain application on their computer, which you do not have control.

you are putting the youtube links on single page and you want the search bar to search and display the youtube links result on the page?
The search bar you add in the page is used for searching WordPress post/page. It does not serve your purpose on the page.
I suggest you create a post for each youtube video. Then they will be searchable.
