Posts not showing up on public view platform only when logged in

An IT friend set up my account and loaded an approved website theme and then later down the line changed it without my consent. I had asked my hosting company to reload my old theme back which was done. Now I cant see my posts . Its only available for view when you log in . Its set on public view . What do I do?
