Yes, I’ve figured out when they work vs. when they don’t.
Bullets do not work: when i’m using the Page Builder tab. If I input the Visual Editor into a column, the bullets will not show. here is an example: http://www.lauriemucha.com/sejour-resources/
Bullets work: if i use them in a simple page using the Visual tab.
