It’s called “Enfold” and I have no idea where it came from. I am new to the office and it was activated long before I got here.
It did wind up being a theme specific issue. Thank you James! Now, is that something that can be fixed or do I have to switch themes permanently? I switched to the twenty fourteen and it completely screwed up the appearance of my site. :/

I am having an issue embedding links into my blogs and editing the permalinks ever since I updated to 4.0
I am SO lost. When I click on the link button or the edit permalink button, nothing happens.
Someone please help!!!
