I am having the same issue.
The sender and recipient emails are sending but the admin emails (new order emails) are not sending.
I believe this is a compatibility issue with the WordPress version, but I have tried rolling back WordPress versions all the way back to 5.6.4 and it has not resolved the issue.
Please advise as soon as possible.
