Hi Andre,
Thanks for taking the time to respond and apologies for my late reply.
As to your question regarding salts, to the best of my knowledge (since I have just learnt about WP salts and needed to look them up), I don’t think that I did anything that would directly change them.
And for the webhook in question, I shall keep it as per your advice.
Thanks again! I really appreciate the follow up! 🙂

Hello!
The problem seems to have resolved itself and the store is back again along with all the products, uploads, coupons, etc, and there doesn’t seem to be anymore problems after the updates yesterday and today so I am marking this as resolved.
Although a webhook endpoint with URI /surecart/webhooks that I did not set up appeared some 21 hours ago. Do let me know if I should take any action with regards to that particular webhook endpoint.
Thanks!
Hi Ivan,
Thanks for responding. No, no, I am sorry for the trouble for it seems highly likely that these are the results of my tinkering with the cache plugin and the database. As I am very new WordPress, I might have corrupted the installation of your plugin in some ways.
I have logged the ticket as you’ve requested and tagged the subject as “Logging Ticket for “Checkout Form to use for Lead Capture”” with a screenshot of this page.
I am very grateful that you are willing to look into this, even though it might just turn out to be an isolated and likely user problem.
Thanks in advance!
Laura
Ah, thanks for clarifying that! Good to hear that it’s already been noted and being addressed. I have no further questions so this can be marked resolved.

Hi Andre,
Thanks so much for responding! That is interesting because I had problems with my webhook periodically last month until it was disabled. As advised by support on your official site, I generated a new API key and created a new webhook with endpoint URL pointing to domain.
As for the site health information, will these work? I have only removed the user data (see “user” in paths information). The file uploads is supposed to be enabled, but I am not sure why the data I copied ended with status “turned off”.

- Order confirmation not showing up after checkout (test mode) – I’ve gone into the custom thank you page and replaced the block and it was visible again; order confirmation email and product access email were sent and when logged into customer dashboard, the order was recorded.
- Critical error message being displayed in the checkout form (test mode) briefly before redirecting to custom thank you page but order was properly logged under customer dashboard > order history, and order confirmation email and product access email were sent.
- Invalid JSON response when attempting to set password under customer dashboard > account details > update password.
Let me know if there is anything else that you would require and I’ll do my best to get the information across to you.
Thanks in advance!
Laura
