    Also, another strange thing just happened. Now, the Woocommerce products pagination in the WordPress backend disappeared. It still says we have over 200 products, but the pagination is missing now.

    Thanks for the reply!

    I did make sure that all of the product catalogues are set to “Shop and Search Results”.

    The [products] shortcode worked! It is displaying my products on a test page here:

    This reinforces my thoughts that the issue is with the custom archive file I am using. However, when I remove the custom archive file it should default to the default WooCommerce one correct? When I do that, the page changes but still doesn’t display my products. Could it be an issue with my WooCommerce install?

    I tried updating the permalinks but unfortunately that didn’t resolve the issue.

    Here is what I have from my error log:

    Yes, nothing happens. The products still do not display when I deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and switch the theme.

    Hey @rainfallnixfig,

    Thanks so much for getting back to me. Here is what I have tried so far:

    1) De-activated all plugins one-by-one
    2) Activated a default WordPress theme
    3) Removed the custom archive-product.php file from the server

    However, none of these resolved the issue. I thought for sure that removing the custom archive file would remedy the problem, as it should default back to WooCommerce’s default. But no success as of yet.
