In reply to: Sticky Post Hack – 0.72The instruction should tell you how to modify wp-blog-header.php
As for the user level thing, it would take a little more code. Email me over the next couple of days and I will see what I can whip up. (might take me a while, school starts tomorrow!)Forum: Plugins
In reply to: Sticky Post Hack – 0.72Two things to check. If it does slip down, make sure you followed the instructions to put some extra information in your wp-blog-header.php (I am assuming you are using 1.0) If you did do it right, go into phpMyAdmin or its equivalent and see what post_status that entry is in. I have noticed that some posts will not get their post_staus changed until you edit (a bug onm y part probably) Email me if you still cannot make it work.

In reply to: WordPress One Click BackupJackie: Make sure your webserver has write priviledges to that backup directory. If you are using a shell, use chmod -R 766 backupfoldername. Otherwise, make sure these permissions for the folders are being propagated down. Its a permission issue (as im sure you know by now 🙂 )

In reply to: Sticky topics in forumsI second that! I was going to mention this to allusion. It would reduce traffic in the forums, if we suggest that people look through the wiki before posting their own thread.

In reply to: I created a 3 column CSS for WordPressSince I made the Mindful Musings template WordPress 1.0 compatible and there has been considerable amount of interest in downloading that template, I cleaned it up a little and posted it for everyone. Here is the link to what the cleaned version looks like and the download link to the zip file. Unlike other WP templates, you will need to upload the included index.php to get everything to look right. This update is ONLY for WP1.0 users.

In reply to: old 0.72 file needed!Help!@eva: Matt will probably kill me for this, but I saved a copy of the old 0.72 for legacy purposes. Here is the link to the whole zip file (0.72 gold). b2template.functions.php should be in there.

In reply to: Table ‘wordpress.wp_options’ doesn’t exist@pezastic: Under your admin page, look under options, base settings and then look for the siteurl box. Make sure that it points to the WordPress folder where you have it installed, with no trailing slash. Then try the login again and see if the formatting shows up correctly.
