No, this is not the theme I want. I just put this up temporarily to see if it was the theme at issue.
There is still problems because even with this theme I am unable to upload a new header image. The “add image” button doesn’t do anything when I click on it under customize theme->header.
Ok, done. Still same thing.
Ok, I made the change, cleared my cache, and it still looks the same.

kmessinger – thank you. I actually failed to post that, but, I am using a child theme. Where do I put that css? I tried to put it into the extension called “Simple Custom CSS” and the site still looks the same.
