I want to chime in on the topic.
I was having the same issue. I have Pro and my Pro version was 1.0.x, while the base plugin was 1.1.5.
I bought the extension several years ago so my support and download had expired. I renewed and installed the updated Pro plugin. Everything is working fine now.
