In reply to: [Automatic Featured Images from Videos] New WP model crashes with the pluginHi….perhaps I am saying this wrong. In my site that uses Astra Pro….the plugin is not saving the video screenshot as the featured image. It is working on all my sites with Kadence but not with Astra Pro it seems. Is there a workaround as it WAS working before but now in the site I cant get it to save a screenshot.
I;ve since got the menu to work except in mobile on accessories and articles categories. I;m not sure why those 2 categories are not working when compared to the others in the navigation. I had to place the menu above content as it doesnt seem to work in the header…nothing shows….that is my ideal position…next to the logo in the header. I am a paid version. Thank you for your help in getting this working in both desktop and mobile correctly.

First of all, you made the assumption I must be christian….
second…your technical support response was “We have added this as a feature request on our plugin” which in no way says it is a priority or that it was even considered as a bug but rather something nice to add to the plugin.
Third….this plugin has been around since 2017….
This week alone I have installed 4 new plugins only to find the “bugs” that the creative programming teams never fully tested before releasing their programs. I am not a programmer, but if I can find it simply by using the program for less than 24 hours, then a fully competent team should have run the program through the same simple steps I did and test pagespeed and lighthouse for issues.
Finally, I never made ANY statement about resolving this issue on Christmas eve or Hannukah….that is your interpretation and reveals much about your inability to handle constructive criticism about a fault in your program that affects page experience. The smarter response would have been to say “thanks for letting us know and we’ll get right on it after the holidays, .”which would have gotten you top points for customer service. And since I can revise my review at any time, that would have made the difference. Hope you don’t get coal in your stocking.

Soo this means it is a bug….when is this expected to be fixed?? Its affecting accessibility ratings for all my pages. I added a description in the format settings for these links but they are not showing up.

And just like that it all corrected itself and now displays correctly as before.
Not sure what changed other than I purged used CSS…..in addition to all the above. Will keep an eye out to see if there is a problem in 24 hours.Today the mobile menu has disappeared entirely and wont reappear despite:
1) purging all cache wp rocket, rocket cdn, cloudflare
2) suspending autoptomize, azonpress
3) reinstalling mobile menu
4) waiting 24 hours for unknown to purge itself of any hidden cacheAgain the menu was working great until I upgraded to 5.9.1. I reinstalled the plugin as a new download….so I’m not sure why this is happening.

In reply to: [Ditty – Responsive News Tickers, Sliders, and Lists] emojisI turned off ALL plugins except the theme…and the emojis wont save in the ticker but do save on pages. I think it HAS to be the theme as that is the only difference between the 2 sites and oth have jquery turned off in async.

I’m thinking it is something to do with the theme..genesis parallax pro..but I cant find anything in the theme settings I may have set that wont allow the emojis to be saved. I can save emojis in wordpress pages on the site. I turned off jquery in async as you suggested but still no luck.
