Hi Joe –
They are not able to see the screen at all. It is not until you enable the “manage_options” permission that they are then allowed to see the “Add New Event” screen. They can see all the other screens with no problem.

They are standard permissions for Editor role. For whatever reason it seems they need to be upgraded to admin role in order to post new events.
I am having the exact same problem. It only occurs on one of my websites but I have tried everything to fix it but am now officially stuck until I get some help. Any ideas what could be causing this? I have tried replacing all ADMIN files and associated CSS files with the default ones again but still get same issue.
