In cases when customers have not chosen Lalamove at checkout, we don’t have any way to mandate the customers to pay Lalamove. So you will need to charge some delivery fee upfront to cover the Lalamove deliver cost that’s born by the sender.

For instance, you can charge some fixed delivery fee or set a dynamic delivery fee based on customer’s address.
