In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress] Mailchimp form fields not added to WordPressHi thanks for your reply!
That was it – I needed to click Renew Mailchimp Lists. My new fields have now appeared as buttons and I can add them to my form.
I’ve used this plugin several times before and I haven’t had this issue.
Thank you.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Display Eventbrite Events] Shortcode embed errorMy previous reply was for the suggestion about replacing all code in the template file. Which I did and that worked – just displaying Test.
Then I realised I had somehow missed your other message about the plugin upgrade.
I have upgraded and that really does seem to be working now!Thank you so much for all your help and patience

In reply to: [Display Eventbrite Events] Shortcode embed errorI have now tried the health check plugin.
I disabled all themes and plugins except the eventbrite one, and I still have the same problem.I don’t supose you can think of any other possibilities?
thanks!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Display Eventbrite Events] Shortcode embed errorThere definitely aren’t any widget-for-eventbrite template files in the child or parent theme.
I haven’t tried the health check plugin yet. I’ll have time to do that tomorrow morning and I’ll let you know how I get on.

In reply to: [Display Eventbrite Events] Shortcode embed errorThanks again for your continued support with this!
I have tried updating that code – but I found it on the file
plugins/widget-for-eventbrite-api/templates_free/common_layout_widget.php
is this ok?Unfortunately, it hasn’t resolved it.
I also tried adjusting the php tags around the closing section tag, but this hasn’t helped.I am still in communication with the host, it’s taking a while for them to get back to me!

In reply to: [Display Eventbrite Events] Shortcode embed errorThank you so much for your replies!
I am trying to work this out with the hosting company first of all, as I suspect it might be a difference in the hosting environment, so far he’s upgraded the php version, but it hasn’t resolved the issue.
I would rather not post a link to the site publicly, is there any way I can send you a link via dm?
Thanks! All ok. Please close this. I managed to sort this via the previous template over-ride information on Modal.php
That works perfectly. Just creating wpec/$template_name inside my theme. Thank you!
Thank you. I will try this.
