Please go to Bookly > Settings > General > Time slot length, then check the time interval set up, as shown here. It should be 15 minutes.

Please go to the Bookly menu > Settings > General and set up the ‘Time slot length’ at 30 min and disable ‘Set slot length as service duration’, please check here.
After that, you will be able to offer the ability to book from 9:00 to 10:30, 9:30 to 11:00, or 10:00 to 11:30, as shown here.
