If you want to display booking form only for registered users, please, check these plugins:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-access-control/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-access-manager/
These enable you to restrict any content on your site so that it can only be viewed by registered members.

If you want to set up the capacity for the service, you need to use Bookly Group Booking (Add-on). But please, note that all additional add-ons work only with paid version of Bookly Pro.

1) The capacity works for each time slot. You can display the information about the number of participants via Appearance section – “Show information about group bookings” (Time step).
2) Please, contact us directly via our website and provide us with your admin panel access so we can check your settings.
