I’m Cleaned the numbers after the file name & I have only this backups and remove site ( i cant take any backups now ).
Can i add any number after this file number and restor it ?
Its very important , please help me .

My host is mizbanfa & my wordpress v4.5.3

Yes first time I change the xxxx.wpress file name .
Buuuuuuuuuuuut then i export the new wpress file with plugin and i dont change wpress file name and again dont show any backup file in backups section
