I am getting spam on my contact forms sent to my email. Kyra@bodybeingheart.com. I am up to date with WordPress but saw some people need to re-install Clean-talk to make it work. how should I do this and is it necessary?

The error notice as such is gone. But below is what I have under settings. which mostly I believe (non-techy here) are my attempts to log in from the original error message.
