What version(s) of IE is the image not showing up in? This will help narrow down the problem.

You could try running IE 8 in Compatibility Mode, which displays pages as they would appear in IE 6 or 7 with the security and speed of IE 8. Here is a link to show you how to run IE8 in compatibility mode:

If you are having trouble viewing your blog in IE8 I strongly recomend ‘Compatibility Mode’ which lets you browse pages that aren’t up to speed with IE8 technology and makes them look as good as this did in IE7 or 6 This link is helpful in explaining how it works.
