Args, and I’ve been wondering why I don’t get no more feeds aggregated 🙁
Same issue, lost my feeds and everytime I wanna add a new one it only brings up this “HTTP request error” you mentioned.
I had the same problem on a development site.
My problem was that I had the entire site protected using an .htaccess password prompt.
As soon as I disabled this flash upload immideately started working like a charm!
I’m experiencing the very same problem here.
Is flash upload working for you?
Because on my wp (v1.7.1) it is not*.. doen’t sound likely, but still – maybe any co-relation there?
* error message only says “http error”. Normal upload works, permissions are correct. But that’s another issue…
PS: okay, it seems to be normal that one can (batch-)resize images only manually after they’ve been uploaded: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/228536?replies=6
